Online Application Form - Students

Deadlines for submitting the application form:

SEMESTER 1
February/March – July | October 15th
(exchange period starting in Feb/Mar - July)

SEMESTER 2
July/August – December | May 15th
(exchange period starting in July/Aug - Dec)


1 - Online Application Form

The application form must be filled out on line by the student for all types of registration (i.e. Intensive Program, Semester Exchange and Housing) accessing the following link:

It is very important that you inform in all documents a valid /updated e-mail address because it will be our main communication channel.

HOW TO BEGIN THE APPLICATION PROCESS


2 - Documentation Delivery (UPLOAD) and Acceptance Process

After you have filled out the online application form for the Intensive Portuguese Program and/or the Regular Exchange Program, please make sure to send the required documents following the instructions:

Uploading the documents: You will be able to upload your required and mandatory documents to finish your application process clicking on the follow link.

Important: without the complete documentation we will not be able to start the acceptance analysis.

To check your application /acceptance process, click on the button and access the following link:

ACCEPTANCE PROCESS

1) Após realizar a 1ª etapa da inscrição, o candidato deve acessar o “Acceptance Process” no site da CCCI.
(After completing the registration online, the candidate must access the "Acceptance Process" on the CCCI website.)

2) Ao fazer “login” no sistema o candidato terá o botão “Documentation”, que irá redirecioná-lo para uma tela onde poderá fazer o envio da documentação obrigatória (arquivos extensão .pdf).

Upon logging into the system, the candidate will now have the "Documentation" button, which will redirect them to a screen where they can submit the mandatory documentation (files with .pdf extension).

3) Para submeter um documento o candidato precisa clicar no botão   e em seguida escolher o documento .pdf referente ao documento selecionado e enviá-lo para avaliação da CCCI.

To submit a document, the candidate needs to click on the button   and then choose the .pdf document corresponding to the selected file and submit it for evaluation by the CCCI.

4) Uma vez enviado o documento ele irá para uma outra região destinada a documentos enviados.

Once the document is submitted, it will go to another section designated for submitted documents.

5) Se o documento for recusado o candidato poderá visualizar tal fato junto com a justificativa pela qual o mesmo foi recusado. Uma vez recusado o candidato poderá enviar um novo clicando em 

If the document is rejected, the candidate can view this information along with the justification for the rejection. Once rejected, the candidate can submit a new one by clicking on 

 

6) Após a aprovação do documento o mesmo irá para uma região de “Approved Documents”.

After the document is approved, it will move to an "Approved Documents" section.

Attention: For the regular term course, an administrative cost will be charged:

In case you have already done the payment do not forget to send us a copy of the payment receipt. Otherwise you will be charged upon arrival.

Please note that all students must take the ONLINE Portuguese Placement Pre-test. Students accepted to study at PUC will receive, in a timely fashion, an e-mail message informing them when the placement test will be available online
