(1) WRITERS - for joint publication of a PRINT version of the book in your country. This version may have to be translated into another language. Local examples may have to be added to make the book more interesting for readers in your market.Currently, I am working with writers in the following countries:(2) PUBLISHERS interested in printing the book in a given country/language.If you are interested in discussing this, please make contact with Odd de Presno at <presno@eunet.no>.Here are some details:
WRITERS
Australia, Argentina, Canada, France, Germany, Iceland, India, Japan, Kenya, Lithuania, and Norway.
If you live in a country not on this list, I am interested in discussing a partnership with you.
What I have in mind is the following:
(1) You locate a publisher interested in publishing our book in your country. To help you do this, I can send you a draft synopsis that you can give to prospective publishers. Its purpose is to make it easier for publishers to evaluate the marketability of the book. (2) We sign a cooperation agreement. You will get 50 percent of royalties earned on sales of your version of the book. (Please do not discuss royalty rates with prospective publishers until having discussed it with me. By knowing what other authors are getting, it may be easier to negotiate.) (3) You negotiate a contract with a local publisher. To help you, I will give you the following: * A collection of marketing ideas and suggestions, including hints about what publishers to prefer, the contents of the contract with the publisher, advertisement and promotion, how to use the English language shareware version to enhance the chances of the printed product, and more. * Access to my private online partner conference. Through the conference library, you will have access to - Illustration files (graphics format), - Other marketing material, and help files.
Argentina, Japan, Kenya, and Lithuania.
If you are a publisher in any of these countries, please contact me. I'll be pleased to tell you how the online shareware version can help sell a print version of the book.(2) Publishers in other countries:
If you already have a writer lined up, please do not hesitate to make contact. If not, then I may be able to help you find one. Thanks,
