Another alternative is to retrieve a PKZipped version of the handbook after each update, or whenever you feel like it.
Start Netscape. click on File, and then Open File... Enter the location
of the handbook's index file. This file is called index.htm.
Example: If you have this file in C:\TOW, just enter
Simple, and above all: FAST!
Enjoy!

Getting ready
When you have the file, save the uncompressed .htm files in a directory
on your harddisk. Any directory will do, for example, C:\TOW.
C:\TOW\INDEX.HTM
Click on OK, and the index will be loaded and appear on your screen. Click
on Bookmarks, and Add Bookmarks, to have it referenced for future use.
Upgrading
When you receive upgrade diskettes, just save the files thus overwriting
the old version. That's all.
