lynx http://home.eunet.no/~presno/index.htmlthen this is for you. The trick below may save you a lot of time!
Another alternative is to retrieve a PKZipped version of the handbook after each update, or whenever you feel like it.
Send the .htm files from the distribution file to your Internet access
provider's computer. Save them in your home directory on your host's disk.
The handbook's index is key. This file is called index.htm. When all files are
in place, view it by entering the following command
Enter 'v' to view the bookmark file. Select 'The Online World resources
handbook' and the index will reappear.
Simple, and above all: FAST!
Enjoy!

lynx index.htm
The index page will appear on your screen. Enter 'a', followed by 'd' to
add Document to your Lynx bookmark file.
The next time
Logon to your host as usual. You can get to your local copy of the
handbook's index in several ways, for example by entering the command
lynx index.htm
However, most of the time you may start Lynx to get to another page on the
Web. Suddenly, you want to confer with the handbook. Press 'v' to view your
bookmarks, and select "The Online World resources handbook."
Upgrading
When you receive your upgrade diskette, just save it in your home directory
thus overwriting the old version. That's all.
